Before Your Trip:
Bring your bike with you when you pick up your rental case. Our experienced technicians will professionally disassemble and pack your bike into the travel case so it's ready for your trip.

After Your Trip:
Bring the case and bike back to us when you return. We'll unpack and professionally reassemble your bike so you don't have to worry about rebuilding it yourself.

Bike Compatibility

Bike case compatibility can vary depending on frame size, cockpit configuration, integrated aerobars, hydration systems, and other equipment.

If you're unsure which case is appropriate for your bike, contact us before reserving and we'll help determine the best option.

Cancellation Policy

Because rental equipment is reserved specifically for your scheduled dates, the following cancellation policy applies based on your scheduled pickup date and time:

• 72 hours or more before pickup: 100% refund

• 48–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund

• 24–48 hours before pickup: 25% refund

• Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund

There are no refunds for unused rental days, early returns, changes in travel or race plans, airline disruptions, or failure to pick up the reserved bike case.

If Aeriv is unable to provide your reserved bike case due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund or an appropriate replacement rental, when available.
