This comprehensive road bike fit uses the Bike Fit Elite system to assess your position dynamically while riding. We optimize the relationship between you and your bike to improve comfort, efficiency, power delivery, handling, and injury prevention.

What's included

• Saddle height, fore/aft, and angle adjustment
• Reach and handlebar-position assessment
• Stem and cockpit assessment
• Cleat-position evaluation and adjustment
• Pedaling and lower-body movement analysis
• Rider posture and upper-body positioning
• Identification of potential fit-related discomfort or efficiency issues
• Recommendations for components or position changes when appropriate

Session details

Length: Approximately 90–120 minutes
Format: In-person only
Location: Arvada Triathlon Company in Arvada, Colorado

What to bring

• The bike being fitted
• Cycling shoes and cleats
• Cycling shorts or your normal riding kit
• Helmet
• Any equipment normally used on the bike
• Water or hydration

Bring the bike set up as closely as possible to how you normally ride it.

After your fit

• All adjustments made during the session
• Final fit measurements and position information recorded for future reference
• Recommendations for equipment or component changes that could further improve your position
• A baseline position for future bikes or fit adjustments
